Our teams ensure the smooth operation of physical and virtual high-load systems.

They are responsible for the operation of databases and ticketing systems, overseeing the systems in the pre-sale locations, the internal IT systems, as well as the IT security.

& Support



With their expertise in our software solutions, our consulting colleagues advise and support internal and external stakeholders - nationally and internationally. Depending on the product, this includes event organisers and advance booking offices, sports clubs and associations, our national subsidiaries but also internal specialist departments.

Our professional Customer Support Team provides technical assistance, is the central point for all hardware and software questions and also manages electronic access controls directly at event locations domestically and abroad.

Our easy-to-use self-service ticketing tool EVENTIM.Light allows small and independent event organisers to provide their guests, spectators and fans with an intuitive and straightforward ticket purchasing process.

In order to provide our customers with an all-round successful experience, we offer the right hotel selection for the event as a package together with the ticket purchase.
