In this area, our teams are responsible for the development of new and existing features in our native apps. They also continue to build the test environment for automated app testing.

This way, they support large projects like international sporting events and onsales of world-famous superstars, as well as our EVENTIM.Pass, the Ticket 2.0, with which customers can manage their tickets on the EVENTIM.App.

Data Centre Operations
& IT Support

Our teams ensure the smooth operation of physical and virtual high-load systems.

They are responsible for the operation of databases and ticketing systems, overseeing the systems in the pre-sale locations, the internal IT systems, as well as the IT security.

Consultancy
& Support

With their expertise in our software solutions, our consulting colleagues advise and support internal and external stakeholders - nationally and internationally. Depending on the product, this includes event organisers and advance booking offices, sports clubs and associations, our national subsidiaries but also internal specialist departments.

Our professional Customer Support Team provides technical assistance, is the central point for all hardware and software questions and also manages electronic access controls directly at event locations domestically and abroad.

Our SaaS-based platform for sports clubs, associations, arenas and organisers in the sports and festival environment includes the areas of ticketing, CRM and merchandising.

In addition to the software, our portfolio is rounded off by hardware products and a comprehensive service package.

EVENTIM.Inhouse is one of the leading ticketing systems for theatres, opera and concert halls in Europe and we are used by our customers for ticket sales, with its configurability for all departments: box office, marketing, administration, financial accounting, controlling, IT and of course also the directorate.

EVENTIM.Light

Our easy-to-use self-service ticketing tool EVENTIM.Light allows small and independent event organisers to provide their guests, spectators and fans with an intuitive and straightforward ticket purchasing process.

EVENTIM.Travel

In order to provide our customers with an all-round successful experience, we offer the right hotel selection for the event as a package together with the ticket purchase.
